A Line From Us

Fishers 228

Paul exhorts us in Col 3:1-2, “Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth.” The Christian is one who lives differently, because he thinks different. He has a heavenly perspective on things, and hence lives life here on earth with eternity in mind.

Sanctification and the Christian explains the basics of what it means for believers to be conformed to the image of Christ. Significant changes occur over a period of time. The Christian eschews all confidence in himself and his good works, as The Self-Righteous Spirit makes clear. He becomes intentional as a witness for Christ, with Evangelism Through Relationship an integral part of his life. He also strives to be a good steward, Managing God’s Blessings in God’s Way for God’s Glory.

I Rose, Went Forth, and Followed Thee recounts how one young man came to know God as His Saviour. If you wish to know how to have a meanful relationship with God read Three Types of Atheists.

Finally, may we pray this blessing upon you – To Where Your Thoughts Runneth, May God be There. I will let you read the article for yourself, to take in the sweetnessof this benediction.
